Easing In With Dale

Friends! Dale is back from vacation and can hardly wait to launch the new season with you. In order to properly prepare his mind, body, and spirits Dale spent the last few days soaking in rare-earth mineral baths and receiving massages from firm handed women at a historic lodge in Western Pennsylvania. It’s safe to say he’s never been sharper or more ready to entertain you in a basement along the Gowanus.

We know some of you like to dive in right into the new season, but some of you like to ease into things gradually, till the cold water hits your privates and you second guess your wanting to be in a public pool in the first place. So for those types, we’ve compiled (with special thanks to the masterful skills of one William Scurry, Jr.) some short video samplers to get you back in the Dale Radio mindset. Enjoy these clips on our video page, which feature highlights from Season 4′s last three shows. Let it linger with you a little bit, before coming out to the live show on Sept. 20th. But do come out. There will be beer. And it will be free.

In other Dale news, he’s tickled to be hosting the annual blockbuster fundraiser over at his home away from home, Film Biz Recycling. This is a great time for a great cause. Lights, Camera, Auction! Whatta name for this thing! Get your tickets now!!

And hey! How about some more new stuff! Thanks to the dazzling Jen Hill for the new suite of Dale drawings. You’ll see those used over on twitter and as the official icon of the season! And what about a fresh take on the popular theme song? Well for that we turned to those young guns, The The The Thunder! When you hear this theme, your ears are gonna be on fire!
